About Mill Space

A working mill for a working city. Mill Space LLC operates 305,000 square feet of historic industrial space on the Lawrence canal, leased to the businesses that make, store, build, and create.

The property

The buildings at 246 and 250 Canal Street rose as part of the Washington Mills complex, built when Lawrence was one of the textile capitals of the world. Sold from the complex years ago, the two buildings now operate as an independent commercial property while the neighboring mills along Canal Street found new life as residential lofts.

What stayed is the construction. Heavy timber frames, brick walls, oversized windows, and the internal ramp system that once moved raw cotton between floors now serve a new generation of tenants: offices, light manufacturers, warehouses, studios, and retail.

How we operate

Mill Space LLC is managed under TriPoint Advising LLC, an operations consultancy led by Jazz Syed. We keep leasing simple on purpose: flat base rent, utilities included, no CAM or tax pass-through, and no deposit beyond first and last month. One point of contact handles every inquiry from first call to move-in.
